limited space bathroom hairs
Staff was helpful when I needed to send luggage using a transfer service.
I found the room a bit small. Opening my suitcase was difficult because of limited space. The cleanliness could have been better. I saw hairs on the wall in the bathroom.

lovely staff free ice cream modern plug dated building small elevator little light
The staff was lovely. they made an extra effort for us on our honeymoon! we enjoyed the free ice cream on a hot day and the washing machines. modern plugs for usb and usb-c were available. I could log into my netflix account and screen mirror.
The building is a bit dated. Stairs are required for getting to and from the lobby. this made transporting luggage quite inconvenient! the elevator is quite small with an easily triggered weight limit. also, rooms have windows, but they are mere inches from the next building, providing very little natural light.

amazing stay!
free ice cream extra amenities
i loved having free ice cream! it felt so nice after my flight! the room was big enough for me, and i loved that there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so i didn't have to worry about being hungry.
the stairs at the entrance were a bit tricky, especially with luggage. it was a little hard to lift my suitcase up those steps when i arrived.

I found the location very convenient with easy access to the subway. tokyo station is within walking distance which was a plus. the staff was friendly and always ready to help (i especially liked the welcome drink). the bathroom amenities were comprehensive. I had everything i needed.
the room was a bit small, barely enough space to move around with my luggage.

The hotel is near several metro stations. This made traveling around the city easy. many restaurants and shops are nearby. it is in a quiet area, so i wasn't bothered by noise at night.

convenient location near transportation
smart tv laundry machine
The staff tried their best to help out. the location is good. It's about a five minute walk from ninyongcho subway station and there are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. there's a laundry machine in the hotel, so i only needed to buy laundry soap. the room had a smart tv, so netflix was available.
i attended four hotels during my holiday, and this one's cleanliness was the worst. i saw hairs on the wall in the bathroom. the light was very dark, which may hide more issues.
